RTNCF Program Coordinator

Rental Program Coordinator (Alachua County) - Start as early as January 2023!

Rebuilding Together North Central Florida (RTNCF) is seeking a Rental Program Coordinator to coordinate repairs in regards to Alachua County Rental Programs, specifically, ARPA Funded Energy-Efficiency and Weatherization Programs. The Rental Program Coordinator is expected to oversee repair and upgrade projects with an emphasis on serving RTNCF target populations and within target program focus areas. This position will participate in setting up and overseeing project-specific systems, collaboration on project logistics with internal and external parties, and further development of project processes. This position will serve as a staff member of RTNCF and will be expected to both work in a team environment, as well as carrying out instructions and projects with minimal supervision.

CWC Energy Tune-up Technician

CWC Energy Tune-up Technician (Gainesville, FL) - Start as early as January 2023!

The Community Weatherization Coalition is seeking a field technician to carry out their core operations. The Energy Tune-up technician is responsible for performing free home energy tune-ups for Alachua County residents, working alongside and mentoring new volunteer energy coaches, as well as aiding with client follow-up reports and next-level upgrades. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and consists of spending approximately half of the working hours in the field, and the other half in CWC’s office located near Downtown Gainesville.

CWC Energy Program Assistant

CWC Energy Program Assistant (Gainesville, FL) - Start as early as January 2023!

The Community Weatherization Coalition is seeking a Administrative Assistant to assist with all of CWC’s operations. Responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling clients and volunteers for free home energy tune-ups (volunteer-powered and DIY), as well as providing event support for our biannual energy coach training event, community outreach, and more. This position is part-time (10-20 hours/week) and consists of spending the majority of working hours in CWC’s office located near Downtown Gainesville.
