The Community Weatherization Coalition (CWC) is a grassroots community coalition founded in 2007 by a group of concerned citizens, religious leaders, and NGO’s under the auspices of Rebuilding Together. Their mission is to improve home weatherization and energy efficiency for low-income households through education, volunteer work projects, and community-building.
