Rebuilding Together North Central Florida’s Critical Home Repair Program keeps our neighbors safe and dry in their own homes.

Rebuilding Together NCF serves elderly, disabled, veteran, and low-income homeowners in Alachua County with critical home repair needs.  Application information can be found on the Home Owner Application Cycle Information page.

This program focuses on critical repairs such as roof replacement and repair, replacement of weak or unsafe flooring, bathroom and kitchen repairs for safety and/or accessibility, critical plumbing repairs, repairs to unsafe electrical systems, and other critical repairs that would keep residents from being safe or dry in their homes.

Critical Home Repair homes are assessed using a 25-point Health and Safety checklist developed in partnership between Rebuilding Together and the National Center for Healthy Housing. This checklist is used to prioritize repairs for maximum impact on the safety and health of residents!
