Melisa L. Miller – Executive Director
Melisa Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. She has been involved in the construction service industry through non-profits since 1998. Melisa spent two years on staff with the Appalachia Service Project (ASP), where she helped coordinate projects for roughly 65 volunteers a week.  As one of the founders of Rebuilding Together NCF, she is dedicated to the North Central Florida region and to alleviating substandard housing in this area.

Morgan Dall’Acqua – Part-Time Office Assistant

Morgan Dall’Acqua was born and raised in Alachua. After a brief hiatus at the University of South Florida where he received his Bachelor’s degree in medical anthropology with a focus towards community understanding of disease and process, he returned to the city of High Springs where he and his wife now reside. As our newest staff member, Morgan is excited to provide essential services in the community that he has grown up in.
