Bob Costello – Board President
Retired Attorney, Nationwide Insurance Company
Bob Costello graduated from the University of Memphis and after nine years as a trade association executive (Builders Association of Memphis, TN and Builders and Contractors Association of Palm Beach County, Florida) earned his law degree from the University of Florida. He spent eight years in private practice in Gainesville, then moved on to 19 years at Nationwide Insurance Company. Bob retired in 2005 as the Managing Claims Counsel for Nationwide for the state of Florida. He currently serves as Board President for Rebuilding Together NCF.
Jim Brandenburg
Retired Principal, Alachua Elementary School
After graduating from the University of Florida, Jim has spent his adult life as a teacher and administrator in Alachua County Public Schools. He enjoys woodworking and home improvement projects and has helped design and build special event sets for Stop! Children’s Cancer, American Heart Association, Museum of Natural History, and other groups. Jim was introduced to volunteer renovation while working with The Catholic Heart Workcamp program a few summers ago.
Lynne Capece
Director of Development, UF College of Design, Construction, and Planning
Lynne S. Capece is Director of Development for the UF College of Medicine’s Department of Surgery. She recently served as Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at the University of Florida’s College of Design, Construction and Planning, where she was responsible for building a comprehensive and highly successful program. Prior to joining UF, she spent more than 10 years at Valdosta State University in several key advancement roles including annual giving and advancement for athletics. Lynne earned a Physician’s Assistant degree from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia and spent 12 years in a variety of health care settings in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area before moving into philanthropy.
Ann Goodman
Physical Education Teacher, Sidney Lanier School
After Graduating from University of West Florida in 1975 Ann moved to Gainesville. She has taught at Sidney Lanier School for the past 30 years. She is married and will always believe that Gainesville was a great place to raise their son. She loves all that Alachua County has to offer -sports, parks, rivers, museums and so much more. Ann believes strongly in giving back and what a better way than to help ensure safe and healthy homes for all the families in Alachua County. After Graduating from University of West Florida in 1975 Ann moved to Gainesville. She has taught at Sidney Lanier School for the past 30 years. She is married and will always believe that Gainesville was a great place to raise their son. She loves all that Alachua County has to offer -sports, parks, rivers, museums and so much more. Jocelyn Holt
Owner, Comfort Keepers
Jocelyn Holt, an occupational therapist, is the owner of Comfort Keepers, a home health care company serving North Central Florida. She was born and raised in Gainesville and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three young boys. She has been on the Rebuilding of NCF Board since 2010.
Clinton Jenkins – Board Treasurer
Staff Accountant, Sexton and Schnoll
Clinton Jenkins graduated from Savannah State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2006. He currently works at Sexton and Schnoll, Certified Public Accountants as a staff accountant. Currently with 4 years of public accounting experience, Clinton has aspirations of becoming a CPA, himself. During his downtime, Clinton enjoys working out and watching football.

Erica McCray is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at the University of Florida. She joined the Board of Directors in 2010 after learning about the exciting work of the organization from a former Board member. She and her daughter both enjoy volunteering with RTNCF to complete home repairs.

Marcus Monroe
Sustainable Design/Architecture; CROP Assistant Director, University of Florida
Marcus is finishing his Master of Architecture degree at the University of Florida, where he also received his Bachelor of Design. He has a primary interest in architectural design, historic preservation, and community development. Marcus has been heavily involved with local nonprofits and youth mentor programs and currently serves as the College Reach-Out Program Assistant Director at the University of Florida. Marcus has been on the Board of Directors since 2010 and serves as the Chair of the Marketing Committee.

Ryan Murphy is a graduate of the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. As a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional he enjoys incorporating sustainable building practices and principals into every construction project he undertakes. He enjoys the extensive planning that goes into all of RTNCF’s projects and also loves to get his hands dirty while volunteering in the field. Ryan’s particular areas of expertise provide a valuable resource to Rebuilding Together NCF.
