Bob is a retired attorney who has been volunteering in various capacities with Rebuild Gainesville since 2006 continuing through its affiliation with Rebuilding Together in 2008 and serving three years as the Board President until 2010. An active volunteer since retiring as Board President, Bob returned to RTNCF as a volunteer staff member in 2015, and was elected Board President at the February 2016 Annual meeting.

Wiley Dixon is a native Floridian who has lived in Alachua County for the past 30 years. He recently retired from Alachua County Public Schools where he served as a district staff administrator and a principal at three different schools. He has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 39 years. They have two children, Joshua and Sarah.

After Graduating from University of West Florida in 1975 Ann moved to Gainesville. She has taught at Sidney Lanier School for the past 30 years. She is married and will always believe that Gainesville was a great place to raise their son. She loves all that Alachua County has to offer -sports, parks, rivers, museums and so much more. Ann believes strongly in giving back and what a better way than to help ensure safe and healthy homes for all the families in Alachua County.

A pastor of 30 years, Pastor Maihack received the call to the First United Methodist Church of High Springs in July of 2015. The congregation there immediately introduced him to RTNCF, and he has been involved ever since. As a pastor, Sam believes that community building and outreach programs that make tangible differences in the lives of neighbors are critical for congregations. He has participated in dozens of mission opportunities and believes RTNCF is an ideal partner for his church.
Pat Massimillo has recently moved to Columbia Bank after 17 years at TD. Through banking, she found an interest in affordable housing and construction lending. She enjoys the opportunity to give back to the community she was raised in, which she has done for many years through her membership in the Kiwanis Club, and more recently through Rebuilding Together NCF.

Adam is the Quality Assurance Operations Manager with Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Alachua. He was born, raised, and lived in Illinois until 2006 when his family moved to Florida. Adam became involved with RTNCF through the relationship between RTNCF and Wal-Mart and has been a House Captain since 2009. He believes the work that RTNCF does is extremely rewarding for homeowners and volunteers alike.
